İlk aşamada, ISRES tarafından düzenelenen konferanslara gönderilen makaleler editöriyal gözden geçirmeye tabi tutulur. İkinci aşamada, ilk aşamayı geçen çalışmalar konferans organizasyon komitesinde yer alan en az iki uluslararası uzmana, içerik ve konu alanına uygunluk açısından incelenmesi için gönderilir. Üçüncü aşamada organizasyon komitesindeki üyelerin biri tarafından referansların uygunluğu açısından gözden geçirilir. Dördüncü aşamada dil editörü, dilin açıklığı açısından gözden geçirir.
